Welcome at the website of the Games Summit, the European Conference on Gaming. To make this great event possible we are looking for a group of volunteers to work with.

As a volunteer you’ll get a unique experience behind the scenes of one of the biggest cultural Gaming event in Belgium. It’s an ideal opportunity to get to know the professional world of Gaming.

As it is European conference, we expect from volunteers that they are representative and able to speak English. As a volunteer we expect you to be available during the entire day of the Games Summit. Availability in the days before the festival can be an advantage.

-The Games Summit is a busy day in which you work intensively with really nice and friendly colleagues in an informal working environment.
-In return for your efforts you’ll get the possibility to be at the Games Summit for free.
-You’ll get food and drinks during the day and a one-time fee of € 30,-
Unfortunately we are not able to provide you with sleeping space or refund travelling costs.
